Shipping/Handling And Returns

All sales are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card for payment.

Shipping and handling rates are automatically calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the total of the original retail prices of the products in your shopping cart.

We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

We take great pride in being able to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

Out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they become available to us. We try our hardest to make sure that if something is out of stock your credit card is not billed.

All sales are final. Defective products will be replaced free of charge within 10 days of notification.

All U.S. orders are shipped either via UPS Ground, USPS Media Mail or FedEx Ground unless expedited services are requested by you at the time of checkout.

All International orders are shipped either via USPS or FedEx.
