- Can I save my shopping cart if I am not ready to purchase?

Yes! Once you have created an account and logged in, your shopping cart will be saved when you log out or leave the site. You can retrieve it when you return to the site simply by logging in. Click here to log in now.

- How will you ship my item(s)?

Most items are shipped UPS Ground Delivery, though occasionally we use USPS or FedEx Ground, if it is more economical. If alternate shipping is availble for an item, then those options will be displayed at check-out.

- How do I place an order online?

If you are an Independent Retailer and would like to become a wholesale customer with Landauer, please contact Customer Service to obtain a username and password between 9am and 5pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Once you have a username and password, you may login at any time to receive your wholesale discount on your web orders. (Please note that all web orders must be paid for with a credit card. Call 800-557-2144 to place your order and establish net-30-days terms.)
After logging in to your account, you can place items in your shopping cart and complete your purchase at your convenience. Please note, that once you sign into your account, your private information is secure. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
You may place orders online without creating an account, but you will pay retail prices.

First Online Order—When you place your first order on-line, use Promotion Code (FTP10) to receive an additional 10% off your first order.
Seasonal and Sale Specials—From time-to-time, we offer special promotions to shops and booksellers that are on our e-mail newsletter list. Be sure to enter your e-mail address to receive announcements of new titles, special sales and promotions, discount offers, class ideas, and lesson plans.

- Is there a minimum number of titles I must buy or a minimum dollar amount I must spend to qualify for the retailer discount?

There are no minimums you must meet to receive the regular retailer discount. However, you must create an account to receive the retailer discount on your online orders.
We will contact you to verify your new retailer account. At that time you will be asked to provide your resale I.D. number.

- Who pays freight?
- A.
Retailers pay freight except on orders that qualify for free freight. Wholesale orders of $300 (original retail value) or more qualify for free freight (within the continental United States).

- Can I get an order right away?

Yes! Orders of all products-in-stock ship within 48 hours by USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground (whichever is most economical). Please contact us at 800-557-2144 or info@landauercorp.com if you would like your order shipped overnight.

- Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa. All orders placed through our website must be paid for with a credit card. All first-time orders must be paid for with a credit card.

- Can you bill me for my order?

If you wish to have 30-day billing terms, you must create an account with us and pay for your first order with a credit card. After that, all orders that will be billed to your account must be placed via FAX, email or phone.

- Can I order Landauer books through distributors?
- A.
Yes, you may order through your favorite quilt shop distributor, through the major book wholesalers, through book store reps or you can order direct from Landauer.

- Are books returnable?
- A.
Book sales are final except in the rare instances when a shipment is damaged. If you receive a shipment that has been damaged in transit, call or e-mail us within 10 days of receipt for information on replacement.
